While some people enjoy creating fine pieces of art,
There are those who think they are also creative when they ‘break’ a heart.
When a heart is broken, it feels like the four chambers are far apart,
And I’m making reference to the real heart and not the one that is seen on a chart.
However, despite how broken it is, the mending process can be as easy as pushing a cart
Or, as difficult as when one has to deal with some big, ugly, and painful wart.
Some may say it will take years to mend but I tell you, with God it is short,
And I know what I’m talking about so no joking about that part.
Also, hunting for people to do the mending may not be so smart,
As they may cause the condition to worsen by sending the chambers farther apart.
The pain will then linger and hence take a longer time to depart.
If ever things do not work out favorably and you end up with a broken heart,
Forgive your heartbreaker and do not describe him/her as any wicked, ugly ‘fart’
Instead, call on the God of love who will mend your broken heart,
Making you feel wanted, anointed, and just ready to make a ‘fresh’ start.
